This is a self contained suite with keypad entry. There is a combo washer & dryer unit in the suite. We also rent our car on Turo! Enjoy a cozy, fully furnished lower level studio suite with private entrance, approximately 10 minutes from the downtown core. 3 minutes from the Naden military base, and local amenities. The space includes a kitchenette, comfy living areas, all the essentials, and lots of complimentaries. Pet-friendly and in a very peaceful environment, with the occasional visit from our resident fur family! Perfect for a relaxing stay in a quiet location with lots of attractions for you and your family pet!

Swan Hill Suite

NO PET FEES! 😁 This modern, comfortable, pet-friendly suite is centrally located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood near parks and trails. We are not within walking distance of downtown, but we very close to bus routes and the Galloping Goose Trail. This is a SMALL space, only 230 sq. ft. ...think tiny home. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, clean environment for one or two folks and their furry travel companions. We have been licensed by regional and provincial authorities.

Located in the heart of Cordova Bay you are just a few steps to a fantastic sand bar beach. Less than 5 minutes down the road you have an 18 hole championship golf course. If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Modern fully furnished guest suite in our heritage home in Saxe Point, Victoria, BC. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace & heated tiled floors in the bathroom :-) Just outside your private entrance of your garden suite is a sitting area with an outdoor propane fire where you can sit back and relax while sharing stories about your incredible day exploring Victoria! Please note that we do have two small kiddos so you may hear footsteps above at times ;)

Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.

The Colquitz Cottage B&B Suite

Feel at home in our clean, cozy, and bright garden-level suite in our cottage-style house. Nestled near downtown Victoria, it’s also a gateway to island adventures. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please, with convenient parking right outside our house in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Securely store your bike, kayak/SUP in the adjacent hallway.
