Brand new cabin centrally located in 6 Mile in the Shawnee Shores neighborhood, Camp C of Annie's Retreats LLC. Great choice for a peaceful family vacation, excellent choice for tournament fishermen trailering in and out, features a pull through driveway with a 42' covered carport. Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. This house is set up to entertain the whole family! With three bedrooms and a total of 7 beds, there is room for everyone! This house is located near the historic Scrappin Valley Lodge. This house was used by the caretaker, and is separated from the rest of the facility. Cabin can sleep 4-6 comfortably with plenty floor space for air mattress if needed. It features a fully stocked kitchen with a separate coffee bar. Great place for fishermen or families. Turtle Beach launch is right around the corner and Toledo Town is just 5 miles away. Within minutes of Cypress Bend launch and beach.
