Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.

Surrounded by roses, lilac and a vineyard, on a two acre lot, the SummerHouse offers a unique experience to its guests. Just two and a half miles from the downtown square, the cottage remains a respite from the tourist hustle and bustle. Activities such as hiking, biking and wine tasting are close by but if all you want to do is relax on the ample porch with a glass of wine, you’re in the right spot! We welcome all visitors.
