Locally -Soda Springs Resort, Donner Ski Ranch, Royal Gorge, Sugar Bowl and Boreal. Squaw Valley and Alpine and Northstar are half an hour away

Sleepy Hollow (DOGS OK $40 pet fee for each dog)

Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the small, historic town of McCloud. Booking requires a 3 night minimum. This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

Pet Friendly, cabin in Serene Lakes near Tahoe

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in Lake Tahoe region, 3 miles from Sugar Bowl and 1 mile to X-country skiing at Royal Gorge. Facing woods, hiking/mountain biking/cross country ski trail off the deck, in a quiet location great for kids. Cabin has WiFi, Internet but no live TV. Main source of heat is Vermont cast iron wood burning stove so please like making fires! Wood is provided. No central heat, some baseboards. I rent to people with pets and expect them to keep pets off furniture.

Historic Ham’s Station is now renting our beautiful newly renovated cabins. Each cabin was built in the 1890’s. Each cabin has a newly built deck attached for enjoying our beautiful Mountain View. The cabins are located right next to Ham’s Station on hwy 88. A family style restaurant with a full bar. So, you won’t have to go very far to find delicious food after a day of fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or any other activities our beautiful Sierra mountains have to offer.

Enjoy easy access to Donner Summit ski resorts and year-round recreation from a charming condo in the historic Soda Springs Station. Quick access to 80, 15 min. to Truckee, 30 min. to Tahoe City. 8 min. to Sugar Bowl. Short walk to Royal Gorge XC (Norden) and Soda Springs Mountain Resort. Updated with new appliances and furnishings. Great space for up to 4 people. No pets. No smoking. Note: We are near a train crossing. The train whistle will sound when passing. Check details.
