My newly remodeled apt in an old building of industrial Rustavi is close to bus station, neighborhood sprmrkts, pharmacies,etc. Some pubs&nice cafes are situated in 500 m. Apt is suitable for both couples &solo adventurers. As you see in photos, it's more home-style, artistic one rather than a standard hotel apt. U may need 30-45 minutes to reach Tbilisi center unless finding enough attractions in Rustavi. Also, some hiking or driving destinations are close 2 Rustavi both in Geo & Armenia.

The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

This charming, rustic house in Telavi once belonged to my grandparents and was built in the early 20th century in authentic Georgian style, using large river stones, red bricks, and featuring a spacious wooden balcony. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Telavi’s streets and breathtaking Caucasian mountains. During our renovation, we made sure to preserve the home’s original style and decor.
