Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The apartment offers grandiose open space with a private workspace, a separate kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a lovely shared balcony space. Both floors offer lounge spaces.

Three full bathrooms. AC in all rooms. Here you will find everything for your comfortable stay, including musical instruments, such as guitar and piano, karaoke, board games, BBQ, etc. Centrally located within 5-minutes drive from Saguramo center in Bitsmendi Village. Minimum rental period is 2 days.
