On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. We are centrally located with a very short walk to the Alpine Lodge, 10 minutes walk to the Lake and a track to the Tee Total Reserve and Mountain Bike tracks is at the end of our road. St Arnaud is a peaceful alpine village. Excellent location for lake activities, bush walks, adventurous tramping expeditions, mountain biking and accessing Rainbow Ski Field. The Bach is located within an easy 8 minute walking distance to the shop & petrol station, 12 minutes walk to the lake and 14 minutes walk to the Nelson Lakes DOC Visitor Centre. Spend time walking, biking, boating or skiing. Then relax in the calm, cosiness of the Bach.

Stargazer's Cabin is located on the back of the property at Nelson Lakes Homestay. It has one bedroom, a lounge, and a kitchen. Nelson Lakes Homestay is adjacent to Nelson Lakes National Park and Te Araroa Trail, just 4 km from St Arnaud and beautiful Lake Rotoiti. Enjoy spectacular mountain views among expansive grounds with native gardens and native birds. And on clear nights, view the Milky Way in stunning clarity!
