Welcome to our newly spacious and private renovated bathroom with our outdoor shower. See photos! This Tiny House has all you need for a cozy, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. The Tiny House sits on 3/4 acres. You will feel the tranquility of this magical property and only 10 minutes to Vilano Beach or the Historic Downtown. The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

10 Minutes to EVERYTHING!! Modern Serene Studio

Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Winter Hawk Hideout

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

1,800 SF, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, on a secluded 5 acre lot just minutes from Historic Downtown and St. Augustine Beach. The home is 100% HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! Convenient shopping and close by restaurants. Full kitchen, spacious living area, large bedrooms (1 with TWINKLE mattress) ceiling fans. Pet friendly! (Some restrictions apply, advance notice required!) Base rate covers up to 4 guests and there's a small upcharge for 5 or more. Motorcycle friendly! We also do live on the property!

H2O Weekender

The H2O Weekender is the ultimate beach teeny tiny 120 sq ft house equipped with modest amenities. An adventurous pair will enjoy the H2O glamping experience. Opt for the secluded Crescent Beach to the East or the Atlantic Intracoastal H2Oway to the West, a perfect spot to drop-in a H2O craft or sea a spectacular sunset via the Green Street boat ramp. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

Cute, Comfortable Bungalow

Great ranch styled bungalow; completely remodeled in a well established neighborhood. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is close to downtown, the beaches, and the ampitheatre and just a block off the Matanzas River. In between sightseeing and the beach, take walks along the river or relax on the large serene back porch. Fenced back yard, washer and dryer on premises, a fully outfitted kitchen and a dedicated office makes this a great place to stay a little longer and get to know our town.

MarshMellow-Island Guest Suite Beach Amphitheater

Your own cozy guest suite with private entry. Lovely little bedroom and beautiful bathroom . Private porch and sitting area. Located adjacent our guest studio but the suite is entirely yours and private. These two share a lush garden path, but have separate porches and entrances. The MarshMellow is a well thought out accommodation that has everything we think you'll need for a lovely stay in St. Augustine. A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

Dear Guests, let us introduce our "Mermaid Relaxing" studio! KING BED! This studio is a private, compact, above-garage guest suite, with a private entrance upstairs from the (shared with our family) backyard. The Mermaid suite is ideal for a couple and features a King bed! Guests have own sitting area on the deck and are welcome to share the underground pool with us. Easy, ample free parking. Breathtaking pine forest outdoor views. Free wi-fi, Netflix, and Hulu apps on smart TV are included!

You have found your cozy oasis tucked under an Ancient Shady Oak trees in a private, lush tropical courtyard in the Historic District of St. Augustine. It is a minimalist's dream and exemplifies the appeal of tiny living : compact, clean, efficient, and convenient. A short walk to all of the Shops, Restaurants and Attractions. Enjoy and relax in the courtyard cool by day and at night the tree canopy is lit by hundreds of tiny laser lights at night. Solar powered/low carbon footprint.

6 BLOCKS to BEACH, off of the intercostal! Studio apartment, sleeps up to 4. Quiet neighborhood, close to all. Several restaurants/shops within walking distance. Beach bikes included, perfect for bike rides along the beach. Private entrance off of porch, which includes chairs to relax in, beach toys, towels, chairs. *yes, we are pet friendly, however, ONE PET PER STAY WITH APPROVAL *also, we cannot split weekends, so please book accordingly, fridays and Saturdays booked together

It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
