[1h de Brest et de Saint Malo, et bien sur la proximité immédiate de la Côte de Granit Rose, les 7 îles, Plougrescant et bien d'autres] Au Ranch aux Paons nous élevons des oiseaux d'ornement (paons/faisans/poules) que vous aurez le plaisir de voir se balader en totale liberté.

Dans un cadre magnifique, notre maison de famille bretonne située à 300 m de la mer et du GR34, peut accueillir 6 personnes, linge de lit et de toilette fournis , Wifi haut débit grand jardin fermé et animal accepté. A 2 km de Morieux (épicerie, restaurant), golf, accrobranche, tennis A 10 min du Val-André : plage, restaurants, voile, piscine, équitation, Découvrez les Côtes d'Armor : Bréhat, la côte de granit rose, Dinan, Saint Malo, le cap fréhel, le mont saint Michel...

A Taste of Brittanny. We look forward to welcoming you at our recently renovated gite, five minutes from St Jacut de la Mer and the beautiful Cote D' Emeraude. We are 20 minutes from Dinard and St Malo, and 1 hour from Mont St Michel. With plenty of local knowledge, we can help you to plan your perfect stay in Brittany. With unspoilt beaches, medieval towns, and wonderful local markets on our doorstep, we have something to please everyone. Our gîte has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Situé en Bretagne dans les Côtes d'Armor, en bordure d'un golf, vous séjournerez dans un ancien fournil qui a su garder toute son authenticité. Dépaysement, calme et détente garanti. A 20 mn de Dinan et de la mer, à 35 mn de Saint Malo et du cap Fréhel, le cottage est idéalement positionné pour découvrir les magnifiques sites et villes des côtes d'Emeraude et de Penthièvre, des vallées de la Rance et de l'Arguenon. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et les amoureux de la mer.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Close to a lovely beach, hiking trails (GR 34), public transport, the city center (and shops) this cottage is perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Située au coeur de la petite presqu'île de Kerarzic en baie de Paimpol, vous y vivrez au rythme des marées et à proximité immédiate de l'abbaye de Beauport et de ses rives boisées.
