This cozy studio is the perfect place for a restful getaway. The space has a queen bed, TV, WiFi, aircon, a separate bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and toaster. Local cafes and restaurants on St Clair Esplanade are a 10 minute walk down the hill and Dunedin City Centre, a 10 minute drive, if you can get away from the stunning ocean view...

Newly renovated, it's a rhapsody of wood and leadlight, and has its own bathroom and kitchenette; with high-spec insulation and heatpump/air-conditioning you will be perfectly cosy. Quality furnishings including leather couches, wool carpet and down duvet ensure your comfort.

A beautifully renovated warm character home just a few easy minutes walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes, bars, restaurants and Hot salt water pool (1st Oct-31st March). Self contained, well stocked studio adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious large lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment.
