Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. It would suit solo adventurers, couples, families (including with kids), and groups. Centrally located, and only an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and St Andrews, it is the ideal base for golfers, walkers and visitors to Scotland.

The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. We have a corporate membership of Forrest Hills Hotel and Spa (c12 minutes drive from the cottage) which allows our guests access to their swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Spa and billiards room at no cost apart from individual spa treatments).

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

A Scottish gem in the heart of Perthshire. This spacious bright house is located at the edge of Loch Earn in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. St Fillans is a picturesque village and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.
