It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.

Gardener’s Cottage is a peaceful retreat with its own private walled garden and off road parking, hidden away in the heart of St Agnes, a few minutes walk from the village centre and local shops and within walking distance of the beach. The comfortable accommodation includes a bedroom with a SUPER KING size double bed and en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
