The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.

Dans un environnement rural, ce logement indépendant est situé à 4 km d'un village avec des commerces de première nécessité, un cabinet médical et une pharmacie. Notre maison à été construite avant 1900, elle est récemment restaurée. Elle se situe au milieu des vignes, sur les coteaux de Pomport. Vous apprécierez son calme, son confort, ses chambres spacieuses, sa piscine et le grand jardin arboré, en supplément vous avez la possibilité de profiter du bien être d'un jacuzzi " 15 euros par personne pour 1h30 entre 10h00 et 22h30 Les voyageurs occupent tout le premier étage, et nous occupons le rez-de-chaussée avec 2 entrées séparées.

Ce logement en bois de 2 pièces est idéalement placé pour découvrir Bergerac et ses alentours. Dans un écrin de verdure mais à moins de 10 min du centre ville, il est parfait pour un couple et peut accueillir une personne de plus grâce à son canapé lit. Lit parapluie pour bébé. Studio indépendant avec jardin

À 15 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre. Lit 2 places + canapé clic clac. Il y a une place de parking devant le logement, à côté de la mienne. Couettes, plaids, oreillers fournis. Draps et serviettes en supplément à 3€ par personne. J’ai un chat qui s’incruste beaucoup 😅 Le studio est au rez-de-chaussée de mon logement (entrée indépendante), donc il est possible que vous entendiez ce qui se passe en haut et vice versa, mais j’essaye de faire attention.
