Come enjoy this sunny blue bungalow, located 10 mins from MSP airport, in the SE corner of the Twin Cities. This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

Large windows with lots of light, kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, TV, fast Wifi internet. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
