Few brief words A bucolic COUNTRY HOME located at a 5-minute walk from our farm pond and at a 10-minute drive from the Massif du Sud ski resorts. This space is perfect for family and friend who want to spend a quality stay in Saint-Philémon a small town at 1 hour from Quebec City. Highlight Before we start, here are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about our Country Home: 1 - The 250 acres LAND give a lot of space. As you can see from the pictures of the listing, There three ponds and two small rivers. A perfect fish habitat, with a paddle boat and a canoe. 2 - Our place has been intentionally furnished with everything needed to have a great stay. The beds are really comfortable, and we can comfortably greet 10 Guests. 3 - The mountains behind our home is magical. Every morning we can watch the sun rise with a coffee. We also have a FIRE PIT, and BBQ area, which is a great spot to spend time outdoors with family and friends. Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting: 1 - We have put a lot of love in our home so DON'T EXCEED 10 peoples. Above that number, the place is not prepared to welcome that many people. 2 - Our country home is located nearby the road. Although it is very conveniently located (5 mins walk from the pond, 10 mins Massif du sud), don't expect to be far away in the wood. Behind the house there is a hay field and if you walk a bit you can access the forest on the land. That said, Saint-Philémon is a small village far away from the city, I can guarantee you that you will be gently disoriented from a city lifestyle. A grocery store with SAQ, a corner stores and a restaurant can also be found within 5 minutes drive from our house. 3 - Our pond has mud in the bottom and there could be algae depending on the summer temperature. We have created a small sand beach and built a deck which makes it convenient to have a dip when it's too hot. Those interesting features are shared with only one other country house that we rent to our guests. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place. Presentation of the home Located at the foot of the Appalachian mountain, this charming 5-BEDROOM property can accommodate as much as 10 GUESTS. The place has a TV with NETFLIX, and HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET 100mb/s. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large dining room table can sit as much as 10 people. The 5 bedrooms are fully furnished with new comfortable beds (one QUEEN, four DOUBLE) that will accommodate as much as 10 guests. If you are renting for a long stay, a WASHER and DRYER are available for you if you need to do your laundry. The place also features 2 FULL WASHROOMS with TUB SHOWER and a SHOWER and TOWELS and BEDSHEETS are also included for everyone! Other things to know You can drink the water. A baby kit 'for those with little ones, including one playpen, baby booster seat. A baby gate and a stroller. Birds eye view Outside, this stunning property is located on 250 -acre piece of land. Travelling around This beautiful property is located at only a 1 hour and 15 mins drive from downtown Québec city and is at 10 min drive from the Massif du sud and Parc des Appalaches, you will have direct access to ATV AND SNOWMOBILE TRAILS which makes it an ideal getaway spot to enjoy quality time with friends and family any time of the year.

Chalet rustique situé au cœur d'une magnifique érablière. L'endroit idéal pour faire le plein d'air pur et de nature. Sur le site, vous aurez accès à un chemin gravelé de 1,6 km parfait pour la randonnée pédestre, le vélo et la raquette. L'hiver, une glissade est aussi accessible. De plus, vous trouverez à proximité le Massif du Sud, l'Appalaches Lodge-Spa, le Parc régional des Appalaches (chutes de la loutres à 5 km), des sentiers fédérés de VTT et de motoneige, une piste cyclable, etc.

Adossé directement aux pistes de ski, le chalet FÉERIQUE est l’équilibre parfait entre proximité et intimité. La vue est exceptionnelle sur les pistes de ski orientées directement en face du chalet. Au massif ,les activités sportives à proximité ne manque pas. Les arbres sont dégagés ce qui donne une vue splendide et majestueuse sur la montagne.Une mangeoire à chevreuils est installée un peu plus bas. Peut-être verrez-vous un chevreuil un matin passer dans la cour lors de votre séjour !
