The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. It has river frontage along the the Roaring River. It has a private picnic area along the river to enjoy the sun and shade during the day.

Our home is located in the prime spot of Keizer where you can grab a burger from IN-N-OUT 5 minutes away, walk to the local high school (McNary) in under 10 minutes, or visit Portland about 35 minutes away. If you rather just stay home, our home provides FREE WIFI, Smart TVs in each bedroom, a full kitchen with a dining room table, and a spacious backyard where you can gather with your friends and family.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
