Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

Welcome to the Frontside Hacienda a Central Colorado Getaways property, located in the heart of downtown Salida! Right on the banks of the Arkansas River, this newly remodeled, spacious and private oasis is just what you need for your Salida vacation getaway! The Frontside Hacienda is part of a duplex. If you have a large group and need more space, we also have the Riverside Hacienda located on the back or river side of the property. Each hacienda has its own private enclosed courtyard.

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.
