Our hot tubs are serviced daily for your use only. This quaint Victorian-style duplex is located on a private, quiet dead-end street. No one is above or below you!

The yard has a tramp, swing set, fire pit, grill, ample seating, grazing horses (directly behind) and a nearby community pool that can be scheduled for just your group. We want you to have a great experience. You're going to love being a short walking distance to buses, grocery stores and fast food. You can easily access all the ski resorts with public transportation. This neighborhood connects with all the major freeways making easy access to the airport and other destinations.

This Nest is Best

30 day minimum per city ordinance-Quiet backyard space in the city. ,9th&9th shops,coffee, restaurants.Guests love the location and proximity to the U (a bus stop is 1/2 block-to U) and downtown is a quick Uber ride and bike ride. Parking is right next to the unit you have your own little courtyard to come and go as you please. Easy stay in SLC. I do have chickens, a fat cat, and a couple dogs that are not allowed in your courtyard. Also, no animals allowed in the bnb so it is allergen free.

Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Hands down the best location at Sundance - this wonderful luxury cottage sleeps 4 and is located on the Sundance Resort property and is a 3 minute walk to the resort's amenities including the ski lift, Sundance restaurants, Owl bar, the deli and General Store This cottage is the epitomy of the Sundance rustic, luxurious style. Please note our rental is not ideally suited for small children as we have art and small artifacts, that we treasure, throughout the cottage.
