There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
