Just a stone's throw from the sea, this newly refurbished self-contained apartment consists of one master bedroom (one double bed, one single bed), kitchenette, lounge/dining area complete with double sofa bed, newly fitted bathroom and access to a beautifully tranquil outdoor garden space. The apartment is situated below the family home with it's own private entrance, via external stairwell, in a great location near to local amenities.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

My home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
