It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy.

MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
