Pamlico sound-front custom home.   Located in the village of Salvo at the end of the road and is surrounded by large Live Oaks and natural fauna.   Your private front entrance into unit #1 is the brown/glass door on the left side of the home. The 10' ceilings make the retreat feel incredibly spacious. It includes a king bed, a coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceiling fan, and linens. The custom-tiled bathroom has a solid-surface double vanity and a large shower.

You will need to cross 2 dunes to get to the beach. Newly updated smart TV's with Roku sticks in each bedroom as well as great room; new flooring in great room and kitchen; new refrigerator and beverage-cooler; and new washer and dryer.

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
