Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß. Die Einrichtung ist modern und beinhaltet z.b. ein Boxspringbett (1,8 m) im SZ sowie eine Schlafcouch im WZ und Gartenmöbel.

Die FeWo bietet Platz für insgesamt 4 Personen. Auf Anfrage kann ein Kinderreisebett kostenfrei bereitgestellt werden.

Die kleine Gästewohnung mit ❄️Klimaanlage❄️, Badezimmer und Miniküche samt Kühlschrank umfasst das gesamte 4. Obergeschoss. Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Eure Fahrräder etc. könnt ihr bequem und sicher in der großen Toreinfahrt abstellen. Tips für Parkplätze in der Nachbarschaft könnt ihr auf Nachfrage bekommen.

A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. To get to the apartment you can easily take the elevator ☺️
