Literally ten steps from the endless blue of the Aegean sea is this luxurious beachfront house for a relaxing vacation at Velanidia Koumeikon Marathokampou of Samos Island. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
