We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 14 years ago.

Ocean Beach Lux Retreat Back from Remodel

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
