Mini cottage w/ free parking. This tiny cottage (<200sf) is located in our beautiful backyard. It is close to everything. A 15 min drive to downtown San Francisco and SF airport. A 15 min walk to Westlake shopping center & BART station to San Francisco. The beautiful unit has a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil. Please know that without exception we do not accommodate children, pets, or stays over 12 days. IF YOU ARE GOING TO REQUEST A BOOKING AND SOMEONE WILL BE JOINING YOU PLEASE GIVE THEIR FIRST NAME.

Beach Cottage

Enjoy the beach, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of this cozy cottage in the Outer Sunset. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa for overflow. The kitchen is modern and updated, and opens to a dining room. You'll find streaming TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the yard, and a covered outdoor dining area.
