Our property features tall trees, seasonal river swimming on our private beach, fishing, kayaking, and exploring. We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. Brand new 800sqft - 2B/2B home includes kitchen with coffee bar, 4K 50" Fire TV, record player, toto toilets, basic first aid kits in medicine cabinet, and a small sofa bed in living room. I try to put everything you need in the bathrooms :) There are ceiling fans and desks in both rooms. Shower/restroom in master room and 1st floor. Easy street parking right in front of home. No shoes ($100 violation if worn). *Welcome to bring your own indoor slippers or shoes :) Blinds on all windows
