The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Presenta pavimento decorato, pareti con parti originali in pietra, arredamento classico con pezzi di antiquariato. Si trova in un antico palazzo affacciato su una caratteristica scalinata in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla via Atenea, strada più bella ed elegante della città.

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. La proprietà è una porzione di un antico casale di fine 800, immerso all'interno del parco archeologico della Valle dei templi. La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.

La casa è situata in un tipico edificio siciliano, nel centro storico di Cammarata. Intima e piena di luce (esposta ad Est), con un'affascinante terrazza ed una incredibile vista sulla città, sul castello e sui tetti di Cammarata, dove è possibile scorgere , sullo sfondo, nelle giornate più nitide, la sommità del maestoso vulcano Etna.  La casa è dotata di tutti i confort necessari per un piacevole e comodo soggiorno. The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
