This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. INTERNET FLUCTUATES! ZOOM, ETC, NOT POSSIBLE! Do not arrive before 3PM without permission. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

This single bedroom apartment has a private entrance, a queen bed in the bedroom, a hide-a-bed in the living room, a bathroom with spacious shower. Towels and bedding included. Fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV. Washer and dryer. Internet. This apartment was originally built for my wheelchair-bound sister so it is totally handicapped accessible.
