It's one of the reasons why price is cheaper than most two bedrooms with two bathrooms in Makati. NOTE: Guests are required to provide a copy of their valid ID. Strictly no visitors allowed. Also, guests can have access to swimming pools, but it should be booked in advance with a fee of 230 PHP per person. Thanks.
