I’m a Canadian who has lived here for 15 years and I personally picked everything in this unit to be comfortable enough for me to stay in it. From the brand new carrier air conditioner (which is professionally cleaned every two months) to the wood flooring I replaced the loud / cold tile with. You’ll feel at home!
