The backyard features a fire pit and comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning hill country sunsets surrounded by song birds, bunny rabbits, and deer. The area feels much more remote than it is. The Palmer's Guest House is a beautifully furnished, quaint and cozy cottage nestled in the charming historic district of San Marcos. We are located just four blocks from the downtown square and Texas State University, with convenient access to the Outlet Malls and the San Marcos River. Multiple restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, a grocery store, laundromat, and a gas station with a convenience store are all within walking distance.

Cozy romantic cottage on a gently sloping yard on the beautiful Blanco River. View the stars in the amazing hot tub. There is an outdoor shower that I am improving upon regularly. Turkey and deer are frequent guests to the back yard. Sleep to the sounds of the river flowing by. Smart TV, full kitchen, charcoal grill, outside dining table and also visiting chairs....enjoy!

Cozy backyard cabin with a minimal kitchen, maximum cool. There is one queen size bed in the loft , a couch in the living room. An air mattress in the closet. The yard is fenced off from the main house with its own entry gate on the side street. (Short Hackberry St.) Small animals ok, no attack dogs, under 20 pounds.
