Beautiful Studio in Seaside Sleeps 4

This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Please consider booking our 1 bedroom unit on this property.

Nestled in the Beautiful seascape of the Bay Area, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel have to offer! The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. Sunny Seaside Bungalow with Ocean View & Two Decks

Close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium , art and culture, restaurants and dining and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's a detached new unit, clean and on the Monterey Peninsula. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

Elegant retreat close proximity to everything

The Studio is brand new. It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

It is located between the cities of Seaside and Monterey on the dunes. We are only a few short miles away from all of the popular attractions.
