Unit #4- 300sq ft living space. Great price point for a Modern mini dwelling that comes w/ a queen loft bed. In addition, a bottom queen size mattress. Please note: we have a back patio (shared) that is available for a bbq area, smoking area hangin out. (Quiet hours in the patio are 11pm-7am)
