The downstairs apartment is yours to enjoy! There are several stairs down to the entrance. It has a private entrance from the backyard with coded key pad. The enclosed backyard is nice if you are bringing a dog. However, we are not hosting people with cats due to allergies. Please do not smoke on our property.
