Caution: Several Guests have noted and given low reviews due to the neighborhood: "neighborhood was run down" "surrounding area was a little uncomfortable" "unfortunately, the area that kills the charm of the unit" This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. "The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

Retreat from the rat race in this great getaway for 4 adults( no kiddos under 12). The Carriage House is located on a small farm vineyard and winery. Located between Greenville & Asheville so accessible to hiking, Paris Mt, Caesar's Head, Table Rock, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, antiques, breweries & wineries. This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.

Downtown Greenville is 5 minutes by car or you can ride your bike all the way into town along the swamp rabbit trail. If you need to work, the house has high speed internet. Pets allowed.
