Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Stylish and centrally-located House. Our house is located few blocks from down town and Santa Barbara Beach. We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Cozy Stone Cottage

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Welcoming Homestay Apartment located in the SB foothills with great views of the mountains, ocean, and islands. Semi private as hosts live on property. Has its own entry/patio. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.

Studio offers one covered parking spot for one car. Home is one mile away from Downtown and Beach. Perfect stay for a couple, not suitable for pets or kids. We are located in the heart of downtown so street noise can be heard during commuting hours

Simple studio space located near East Beach and the Rainbow arch. Great location to walk around or hangout at the beach, if you're looking to go downtown its about a 30 minute walk to lower state street or the pier area along the beach or a quick drive.
