A farmhouse-style luxury cottage, located in a peaceful neighborhood, midway between downtown Santa Barbara and Goleta/UCSB (<10 min drive in either direction). Its elevated location makes it possible to enjoy ocean and island views. The home has high speed WiFi, HVAC, Washer/ Dryer, Dishwasher, RO system, 2 Smart TVs, KING bed in master. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from the basics to tools needed for a gourmet meal. Outdoor area has a fire pit, grill, dining table & hammocks.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Casita Solstice

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Tiny Cottage in the Oaks, Midtown Santa Barbara

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room.
