UPDATE JANUARY 2025: We have installed a new Starlink internet system at the unit, ensuring reliable, uninterrupted high-speed Wifi.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Wine Country Cottage

Experience the tranquil ambiance of the Wine Country Cottage's serene surroundings. Bask in the breathtaking views of rolling hills and grazing cattle while savoring your favorite bottle of wine from the comfort of our deck. You will be charmed by the presence of Jack & Henry, our Mini Donkeys. As the sun sets, indulge in the magical allure of the outdoor fairy lights and cozy up by the inviting fire pit. Mountain Cottage- Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez- w/Spa

Nestle into nature in a cozy cottage in the mountains between the beaches of Santa Barbara & foodie filled wine region, Santa Ynez Valley. (About 30 minutes to each) Sweet private space for 1-2 guests with a luxurious king bed, equipped kitchenette with counter seating, hot tub under the oak trees, outdoor deck for evening sips surrounded by mossy boulders and a star studded sky. Enjoy the neighborhood’s ocean and mountain views, explore nearby hikes, savor local wine, and dine out well!

Tiny Cottage in the Oaks, Midtown Santa Barbara

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by oaks. Located a ten minute drive from downtown and less to several beaches, UCSB, and the airport. NOTE: The Cottage is TINY and simply appointed. Perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen and living room. Access requires climbing stone steps pictured.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The Beach Loft- Private, Remodeled, Walkable!

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. The house has a gated private entrance, keypad locked front door, and your own fenced in yard and patio. Outdoor Amenities- Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Corn Hole

Cozy Stone Cottage

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Nestled in the quaint Santa Ynez Valley. See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

Los Olivos Wine Country Getaway

Wine Country living at its best! We enjoy our wine country life and would like to share it with you. Our two-bedroom, two-bath cottage has our CCOF certified organic Syrah vines as a backyard and its own private bocce ball court. Enjoy the setting of our vineyard right out the french doors or from the upstairs deck. A short stroll or ride on our complimentary bikes will take you to the heart of the historic charming town of Los Olivos.

BEST LOCATION and private! In the heart of the lower village of Montecito you have a stylish separate cottage with private gated parking with a separate entrance. Walk everywhere! Play bocce or walk and shop at the Montecito Country Mart for dinner and ice cream. There is a private patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Butterfly Beach is a 10-minute walk away. New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.
