We are 15 min from Deaconees Sports Park, Goebel Soccer Complex, and Ford Center. The Warrick Wellness Walking Trail is only 400ft away. This newly renovated home was an early post offices in Milltown. It is now a paddlers dream! All surfaces are new and compliment the vintage patina of the building. Guests are just one block from Cave Country Canoes and only steps away from the beautiful Blue River. The Bungalow includes an outdoor patio and private parking. One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

Caddy Corner is a 1920s schoolhouse converted into a modern farmhouse. Enjoy a country feel while being just over a mile from everything that French Lick and West Baden have to offer.
