At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. Es ideal para conocer la ciudad a pie. Buena comunicación autobuses, taxis, próximo a parada de tranvía. A escasos metros del apartamento hay un parking público 24 horas .

La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. A 10-15 minutos en coche a la zona de costa.
