The house is nestled on a private farm next to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. It is located on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the Gulf of Nicoya and the best place to watch sunsets when the weather allows. It is a one bedroom non luxury house that was built by one of the first Quaker settlers in the Monteverde area. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer for the best comfort. We are in the cloud forest, be ready for weather changes and bugs.

Casas Jaguar is conveniently located between the center of town and some of the most popular attractions in the area such as Canopy Zip Lining, Suspended Bridges and the Santa Elena Nature Reserve. Inspired by Nordic architecture, Jaguar is composed of 3 independent homes, elevated on pillars, giving you the impression of floating on the trees. The 3 houses are identical however the view can slightly change from one to another. The photos used for each listing are a mix of the 3 houses.
