A Villa The ONE está inserido numa propriedade com 10 hectares numa zona protegida de montado de sobro e com muita privacidade. No exterior tem piscina, 2 terraços, um especialmente pensado para refeições, com 60 m2 e outro 35m2 com vista piscina. A Villa tem cozinha totalmente equipada, 3 quartos duplos no piso térreo e 2 suites no piso superior (as suites têm apenas entrada pelo exterior). Todos os quartos e suites possuem wc e existe um wc exterior. As suites podem acomodar até 4 hóspedes.

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.
