Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 adults. The Bunk Room has 3 full sized beds and will sleep 6 children(top bunk limit is 140lbs total weight, but is extremely sturdy. The Sofa sleeper is a Queen as well for 2 - 3 smaller 140< adults or 6 children. Great memory making!
