Il Piccolo Casale è un baglio tipico siciliano del 500/600 costituito da un cortile centrale attorniato dal susseguirsi di stanze che in parte venivano usate come frantoio per la produzione dell’olio e magazzini ed in parte come casa patronale. La ristrutturazione avvenuta negli anni 90 ha lasciato intatta la struttura e l’architettura del Baglio creando al tempo stesso le comodità indispensabili per il soggiorno.

The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned. L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.
