This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Our property has been newly remodeled with a focus on easy accessibility for people with disabilities. We have a roll-in shower with grab bars, a king-size bed queen bed and two double beds in the other bedrooms. Pets are welcome with the owner's approval and a pet fee. You will love the fantastic, fully fenced yard, complete with a fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, and outdoor grilling.
