The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Make the most of your time in Sintra in our newly renovated Innkeeper's Quarters. Enjoy free, private, fenced parking and walk around historic Sintra. Hike to Pena Palace and Mouros Castle or relax on our patio. The Innkeeper's Quarters is connected to the main house, an historic small Inn where our family lives. It has a seperate entrance and patio with kitchen, washer/dryer & two bedrooms. We have a super- friendly Swedish flatcoated retriever who will likely say hello to you!

Casa do Forno - Quinta Velha

Quinta Velha, meaning “old farm”, lies in a private forest between Sintra’s old town and the historic monuments perched on the mountain top. In 2020 a significant multi-year renovation project was completed, converting the old stables and summer residence into a modern private family home, deeply respecting all existing historic features. A century old chapel with unique panels of traditional hand-painted tiles and fountain add to the beauty of the natural setting.
