We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. Come enjoy Tupper Lake and the Adirondacks in this year-round lakefront 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little Wolf Pond. Situated right on the waters edge, the views will wash away all your stress. Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees. July/Aug reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Dogs are welcome, but must be on reservation

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

Camp Timberock is a fully furnished and well stocked three bedroom Adirondack cabin nestled among the towering trees. Our cabin is a short walk to a the association's sandy beach and swimming area and an association owned boat launch from which you can explore Fish Creek Pond, Upper Saranac Lake and the Saint Regis Canoe Area. Timberock is conveniently located within an easy travel to Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and all that the Adirondack Wilderness Area has to offer.

Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
