We offer a large private space(1200 sq.feet)with a private keyless entrance. This is the entire lower level of our home with use of our outdoor pool(seasonal), firepit, grill and screened-in room. Situated in a small, quiet neighborhood adjacent to 170 acre nature preserve, to access for hiking. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), Downtown Saratoga(4 miles), the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road.
