Enjoy golf, kayaking, miles of off road walking and bike trails or relax under the live oak trees on the private fenced back deck with grill. 10 minutes to downtown Fernandina Beach offering 90 restaurants, art galleries, unique boutiques and antique shops. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from a great garden apartment overlooking the deep water of the North River. Two hundred year old live oaks greet you as you enter the neighborhood and arrive at this grand low country tabby home. Visit nearby historic downtown St. Marys, catch the ferry and spend a day on Cumberland Island, go hiking or biking ( bikes provided) in local area parks, enjoy golf at three beautiful nearby courses. Dock your boat at our 36' floating dock with easy access to the big water.

Along with a full bath and a convenient kitchenette, you are welcomed to a large open living space with double sliding glass doors that lead you to your own 180 sq/ft private balcony nestled among the live oaks.
